Yogurt is a good suggestion. Some women just produce more than others. If it doesn't cause you pain, then it's not something that is like a yeast infection that can be treated with medicine.

I'm not aware of an "over growth of yeast" without there being a yeast infection. You say you have had this checked "100's of times"? Have you tried a new OBGYN? I have always had to wear panty shields, I'm very wet vaginally. But If you have enough to have to wear a PAD, that's something to check in to...go with another Dr.

First of all control your sugar intake until you get this under control. No sweets, soda, and don't use sugar. Use Equal or something like it. Yogurt is good IF you get the old fashion kind, the newer stuff doesn't supply the stuff you need to get rid of yeast. I found this vitamin called Acidophilus that's real good! So if you find yogurt with "live lactobacillus acidophilus" in it, it's the good one. Also keep this vitamin in the fridge.Tip: try to your "girl" clean, cool, and dry. No panties at night and no tight pants. Hope this helps. Good Luck

1. The typical American diet is high in sweets, dairy, and wheat, all of which promote yeast growth. So one thing you can look at is how you can change your diet to avoid them, and see if it works.
2. Yeast grows well in warm, moist environments. So avoid too tight jeans, synthetic underwear, pantyhose which which trap moisture and not as breatheable as cottons and loose fabrics.
3. Change the soaps, bath, sanitary products that you use. Sometimes the perfumes used in these products may cause irritation which may cause infection.
All the best

This is called thrush, or in medical terms, vaginal candidiasis. It is generally caused by a fungus called Candida albicans. It is treated by using antifungal agents prescribed by your physician or gynaecologist e.g. fluconazole.
