Is an editor-at-large different than an editor-in-chief? I've asked this last week, and got one answer, which was recently deleted, and a bad answer. Anyone know the difference? Gayle King is the editor-at-large of O magazine.

Editor at large is a different position, and is often given to someone who contributes regularly (such as a columnist) to the magazine but isn't really the supreme authority like the editor-in-chief.
