the diagphram is basically an abdominal wall...it separates the thorax from the abdomen...it is was makes ur abs...its an extremely powerful muscle...n generally wen u sing ppl say..''sing frm ur stomach''....here they r refering to ur diagphram...i hope this info is useful.
