Does anyone agree that they should merge both Smackdown & Raw, and have just one WWE like they did in the 90s.

Also does anyone agree with me that it was better when there were just 3 Belts,,, the WWE Belt, the IC Belt &n The Tag Team Belt, why did these other belts, ie the USA Champ and the Cruiser Weght etc come about

I argee. I never liked the two brands split. They do have a lot of belts though too. They added all those belts becuase of when the WWE and WCW came together. But they should only have the WWE title, IC belt, Tag Team Belt, Lightweight, and women's title.

No. My reason is more sentimental, though. Sure, they make TONS of money for the WWE being seperated, but if they merged, John L. and Vinny Mac would go on a firing rampage and alot of capable and entertaining stars would be released, or worse, forced to partake in some off the wall, asenine storyline.

In regards to WWE's product lately, it's obvious that because of their lack of competition, they are suffering. Not all of their storylines are bad, but many are. Edge/John Cena, regardless of what you think about either character, was a well done angle.

WWE is merely evolving with the media trends, and despite people like Dave Metlzer complaining about WWE all the time, or the PWInsider guys, they're still making tons of money and still drawing new viewer interest anually.

Guys like Wahoo McDaniel pushed the envelope in their day as well, just then, saying one swear word was a big deal, or kissing a girl. However, Ric Flair is the greatest American wrestler of all time, and he was "pushing the envelope" decades before WWE caught on. It's society who is at fault for mandating that these things be done, not WWE's. They, like all companies, are merely trying to keep up and be as fresh as they can be with idiot John Laurenetis on their staff.

Not at all to both accounts. Having Raw superstars and Smackdown superstars gives more wrestlers the opportunity to be aired. If they merged again then there would only be the same wrestlers on tv over and over, and since there are so many main eventers the mid card, and definitly the low card, wrestlers would have no air time at all. And about the titles, it is more interesting with both shows having their own titles. It gives themself more seperation, which is good. It is almost like they are different wrestling compaines, like WWE and WCW. They should keep those titles and keep the seperation.

Yes they should merge. It is a dumb concept; two rival promotions and everyone know there is the same owner. It is as dumb as the NWO angle back in WCW.

I could not stand the NWO angle, so I watched only World Wrestling Federation. Now with Raw and Smackdown, I stopped watching pro-Wrestling. I may watch a match here and there if I walk into the room and my sons are watching, but basically since the purchase of WCW, I lost interest in the once great sport of Pro Wrestling.

One word. NO!! They would be fools to. Because they are compteling with each other, it has made the WWE worth millions more.
For the belts, keep the singles titles but unless they do some changes to the tag-team wrestlers, get rid of those.
