Technically possible - yes. Economically possible - I suspect not. It sounds good to say "we'll get a man to Mars", but I suspect the technical challenges will lead to escalating cost projections that will mean it won't be done. I hope I'm wrong. I was thrilled at seeing the Moon landings, but that programme was born out of the competition between the US and the USSR, I don't think the same political motivation exists now. So much more can be done by unmanned craft now, at much lower cost. And I think we've grown up a bit about space exploration since the 60s, Star Trek really was just a great story, not the future.

Yes it is possible. All we have to do is stop spending money in weapons, wars and invasions to other countries. Hate and all necessary spending to defend us from hate also costs a lot of money to the world. Is just a matter of focus on the survival of us as an intelligent species on a dying planet.

Very easily with the technologies around today.
It would take just 9 months to reach Mars. Imagine where we could go in 100 years taking notice of the technologies that will be developed then!

Man can reach another planet now if we really wanted to and the money was there for it.

The hard part is going from the surface of the earth to near zero gravity (orbit). Once in space it isnt too hard to travel.
