You are referrring to Woman with Crossed Arms by Picasso. That record has been broken by a 82m sale of a Van Gogh, and just this past Sunday, Picasso's Boy with a Blue Horn (or something like that) sold for over 104m

It is still the Mona Lisa... It is insured for $700 Million. Sold for 55 Million Dollars? Oh maybe that is the "Still Life: Vase with twelve sunflowers" by Van Gogh which was already sold in an auction this year.
