I'm in college.
I'm going to the library to study today and do a little homework, and don't really feel like putting on jeans and a nice shirt.
Is it okay to wear athletic shorts and a regular shirt, when its raining?
It just like a 5-6min walk to the library from where I'm dorming at, i'll have a small jacket on and an umbrella(spelling) with me.
Or is it better to wear the shorts and hoodie, is that better to wear?
Or should I just put on jeans and a good shirt?

Who cares what you are wearing? Have you seen the way some people dress on campus especially on a Sunday? You are going to waist your time that you could be at the library studying because you are too worried about your clothes. Throw something comfortable on and go.

u need to be comfortable if your gonna be studying. so shorts are good and wear it with a hoodie. it will look bad if you put on a shirt...
if by shirt, you mean just a tshirt, then fine, wear that and then the hoodie
but if u mean a button shirt, then dont ever wear that with shorts

Just wear the shorts you will be alright or wear what you feel comfortable in who really cares what others think!Have a nice day and happy studying!

Hey,dress however u like. NOBODY can tell u what to do and how to dress. Everyone has different taste, everyone's heart does not beat the same... So , go out if YOU feel confortable with YOUR self..... dont let any jerk judge you... If YOU feel ok you can go out in pijamas 2!!!!

It really doesn't matter unless your college's library has a dress code....just be comfortable.
