I am getting a new computer because this one is to old. Im on a small budget so it can not cost more than $700 total with a mouse and keyboard and monitor.

I assume that you don't know much about computer, ohterwise you wouldn't have posted this question. So I would recommend you not building your own but buying a PC from a brand. If you're looking for something cheap, check out www.dell.com (like Dell Dimension E510 Base System, $649 incl. monitor, mouse and keyboard).

You might want to check components out yourself and assemble it or have it assembled by a third party. If you're not feeling that adventurous you won't get the max performance out of the system. I recommend saving some more and waiting for a couple of months atleast though.

You don't even say what country youare from. My advice is build it yourself. That way you know what you are getting. Guys at the parts shop will tell you whether everything will play together.

dell... or newegg.com if you dont mind putting the peices together yourself. its cheaper that way.
