I always have errors come up and I can send e-mail but can't receive.I've tried using outlook express as my default and I've got the POP3 and receiving addresses typed in and applied. Also, when my friends send e-mail they say it comes back or when they try to forward it comes back. Any suggestions? Anybody?

It sounds to me like you don't have your email set up properly.
If you think you have everything filled in properly in the set up, then you need to call your ISP and have them walk through it with you. You may only have one little mistake or omission that is messing you up.
