This is my solution coz im in the exact same boat ! Put a night time pad in your underwear as normal then place another one at the back of it so the top of the pad just comes above the `crack` in your bum , it feels a bit like a nappy but try lying down and feeling where it comes up to - theres no way you will leak when its that long - for extra confidence put some black shorts on for bed !

Hmmm...
I think you should have your undies that's tighten your butt when you are at your sensitive moment
Try the Ultra thin OR maximum absorbent works.
When you at night, If you don't mind and not bothering, try to put two night pads overlapping from front and back. And make sure that is totally stick tightly by the wings on your undies.
When you asleep, (I hope you not sleep rolling around) make sure that you are sleep at the same position. I know this is hard. But at least don't let the fluids leaking from right and from left.
I hope this slightly suggestions can help you... Because that's all I can do. Unless you are wake up in the middle of ight and get change! Good luck

Dang!! I have that same problem, so I always get the really long ones and they help fine. If that doesn't work for you try sleeping in a pair of tights, the ones that you would work out in, or any other really tight bottom. This helps to hold the pad in place so any movements you would make throughout the night wont cause you to have a leak!
Hopes this helps

I'm not sure I can suggest a better pad, but it sounds like you have unusually heavy periods, gravity means you usually bleed less at night....Might wana check it with the doctor. Otherwise, maybe a long-wear tampon and a pad as well for extra protection?

Always night time are usually the best, i would suggest you also wear a pair of snug fitting panties. I know this may sound gross but you could try wearing incontinence pants as they are specially made for leak prevention, no ones going to see them so it doesnt matter as long as it solves your problem. I would also check your problem out with your GP as you may have some underlying matter that needs to be dealt with.
