There is an old historical building in Connecticut I think would be really cool to have the blueprints or layout to frame and also make copies in art projects and use as matting in photography. IS there anyway to get copies or see the originals at at own hall or something?

If it is that historical of a building, there probably are no blueprints for this building. if it is over 100 years old.....then blueprints aren't even invented yet.
if it isn't that old, then your local court house should have record of who built it then you could find the blueprint from them.
