Maybe at your age you should just let nature take its course if its meant to be it will happen naturally. Good luck.

were you ever told why you misc
I understand about not having themoney for an Ultra s but I will not take Clomid without one
I will try to have sex from the 3rd day after my P to everyother day until I will my P again
I had 2 misc it was because of fybroid &cyts
I had to have an operation and 3 month of Lupron Depot@$ 550.
each shot and last month I did 1 cycle of clomid
but Utrasound show that my U is nice an clean I refuse to have another cycle of clomid
but I will strongly advise you to be careful about clomid
i know how expensive the tests are in the US
I was lucky anough to have a doc from my husband country (France) who work with my doc( in the US) on my behalf
he was able to prescribe me the med
Lupron which cost 550 inthe US cost 187 in France
and Clomid cost only 4 euro for 5 pills
Ultra sound cost 23 Euro and when i am home I pay about 420$ for one
Still find the money to do an Ultra sound befor e you take Clomid
Good Luck

Go on trying, even though you can't do ultrasounds doesn't mean you stop trying, if you have somewhat pinpointed when you ovulate then get to doing it, if you still taking Clomid then let it do it's job, but the best advice i can give you is slow down and relax the more stress less chance.
Also i'm sure you Dr. told you that trying to conceive in your 40's lessens your odds. So if your really serious about having a baby maybe look into other options.
Good Luck and God Bless

It is better to leave out clomid and go on naturally , as if with no U/S you can enter into a state called clomid HYPERSTIMULATION syndrome and this can end up in hospitilization.
Clomid is the INDUCTION method , it has to be monitored.so there is no way you can move on safely with U/S monitoriong

My heart goes out to you. I know when couples are trying so hard they usually do end up spending $$. I don't know what clomid is.
I can only offer advise and that would be that due to your age and depending on your new husbands age and how important his actually fathering a child it, to consider adoption.
I'm praying that you conceive very soon.

you already have 2 kids.. the world is grossly over populated as it is.. and at age 40 + you have a huge risk of having a kid with downs syndrome.. is it worth it?
