I tried to find this info on both Channel 4 and Sky's website, but they're not very forthcoming with that sort of detail. I did however find some email addresses and URLs that might help you find the info. In your shoes, I'd be tempted to just email Channel 4 and SkyTV, and ask them straightforward what the SkyTV frequency for Channel 4 is. It can't hurt, and at worst, they'll just ignore your enquiry.
