These days people kiss other people just about anywhere, and they do just about anything else they want to do, and love has nothing to do with it.
It's nice that you take this so seriously. It sounds like you have a lot of respect for yourself and high standards.
If you don't love him, it's better not to lie. If you start to lie, sometimes you get confused about what the truth is and you can start to lose yourself.

yes you can kiss your boyfriend on the lips without telling him you love him. you don't have to tell any guy that you love them unless you are ready to tell them that and that you are positive that you love him. think real hard before you tell any guy that you love them because it might be lust.
