If you have internet connections, the necessary data cable, username and password, and a credit card it can be done.
How to Unlock:
1- Order service online (on secure server) or by email.
2- You will receive an email with Username and Password to login Unlock Server.
3- Download our Server Client Software from support page
4- Please follow simple instructions below.
Unlock Phone (Direct Unlock):

Please download latest server software from download page
1- Connect your phone to the com port or USB using your data cable.
2- Turn phone off.
3- Connect to the Internet.
Turn off any firewall program you have running (firewall may block server connection).
4- Enter the Login and Password you have been issued with.
5- Select the relevant com port 1 or 2 (Software detect port number for USB cable automatically).
6- Select appropriate phone model from the list
7- Press "Unlock" Button and Press the phones power button when prompted
(Please note that: You should not power on phone!!!
You should press power button for a short time (less than one second)).
The server will then communicate with the phone and generate the SIM lock codes and security codes required.
8- That is all! your phone should now be unlocked / repaired
