Ive heard that rosey posey song or w/e was a song about the black plauge or something that the children use to sing as a joke. What about songs like Ten little Indains, London Bridges are falling down? Or any other children songs?

Ten Little Indians...

The original piece, then called "10 Little Injuns", was written by songwriter Septimus Winner in the 1860's for a minstrel show.

The London Bridge ...

The meaning of the rhyme is obscure. Most obviously, it relates to the many difficulties experienced in bridging the River Thames: London's earlier bridges did indeed "wash away" before a bridge built of "stone so strong" was constructed. It has been suggested that the "fair lady" who is "locked up" is a reference to an old practice of burying a dead virgin in the foundations of the bridge to ensure its strength through magical means, although this more plausibly refers to Queen Eleanor. Intriguingly, the rhyme is not confined to England and variants exist in many other western and central European countries.

Three Blind Mice ...

The wife in the rhyme may refer to Mary I, daughter of King Henry VIII of England, sometimes referred to as "Bloody Mary." She is called a "farmer's wife" because of the large estates owned by her and her husband, King Philip II of Spain. The mice in the rhyme may refer to Hugh Latimer, Nicholas Ridley, and Thomas Cranmer, three Anglican bishops convicted of plotting against the Queen. They were subsequently burned at the stake.

Yes, the history of composition and age. We all remember our childhood as we hear them sung by children. History just repeats itself.
