Ive heard that rosey posey song or w/e was a song about the black plauge or something that the children use to sing as a joke. What about songs like Ten little Indains, London Bridges are falling down? Or any other children songs?

The original piece, then called "10 Little Injuns", was written by songwriter Septimus Winner in the 1860's for a minstrel show.

The meaning of the rhyme is obscure. The mice in the rhyme may refer to Hugh Latimer, Nicholas Ridley, and Thomas Cranmer, three Anglican bishops convicted of plotting against the Queen. They were subsequently burned at the stake.
