Graphics or cartoons?

Is there a free website out there that I could make my own graphics and drawings for my book? I need chihuahua cartoons and I need them looking similar sitting down, standing, etc. Is there a website I can create my own chihuahua graphics for my book? Thanks!

try search it at google images..
if u have digital camera n photoshop u could do some tricks to make it look like a cartoon..
