I think they can be extremely sexy, but for some reason that look only works on some people. So, it just depends on the person, I guess.

It depends on the person whether it adds to sex appeal or not, but on the average person, it doesnt add or take away from it. My husband wears glasses, but he didnt when we got married. I love him either way, and he looks sexy with and without them on.
