if its your tummy u want to reduce, you should go for crunches besides being on a good diet. avoid sugar. drink lots of water. and if you are physically fit go for cardio exercises like: skipping, jogging, swimming etc - whichever suits you. but crunches are must for having flat, tighter tummy. diet and cardio exercises will help you to lose fat from all parts of the body but these wont tighten your tummy muscle. crunches will focus on that. start with 20 at a stretch and increase the number day by day.

and also make sure you have a good metabolism. it is important that your bowel gets empty properly and in time. if necessary, go for laxative medicines or tea consulting a physician. and there is another solution for belly shaping - try corsette or shaping belts. they really help.

if you want you can reduce your tummy by selecting any of the following listed below :
1) you become very slim.
2) one exercise:
1. sit down with straight legs.
2. make your head bend till it touches your legs.
you do this daily in the morning .
first you will not able to do it , your tummy will get pain but even then you should do it daily.
3)try to avoid your food.

This is the quickest and the most effective way.
Don't eat dinner and don't eat anything after 8pm. Join the gym and go every day. Breakfast eat cereal and Lunch eat fruits.
Do this for about 4 weeks. After losing weight, go back to eating small proportion of food, and keep going to gym this will maintain your new weight! Good luck!

eat in moderation only 3 times a day. only fruit juices and boiled vegetables. do not eat after 7.30 pm. do this for a week you lose 4-5 kgs. do crunches to focus on you tummy. ciao

take or buy a sauna slim belt
u can just reduce ur tummy in 50 mins

skip the dinner

walk for at least 45 minutes daily

do not drink and eat at the same time

use laxatives to cleanse your intestine , they also help to reduce the size of the stomach

if you want to do this to wear a particular outfit for a function- then go to a good lingerie shop ; take your outfit & get some long line knickers that come up to your waist.& have a control panel in the front of them.

it is all about illusion
otherwise there is NO quick fix

Just finish your dinner till 7:30.
Every morning try to do yoga,including excersies for breathing and surynamaskar.

1.don't skip ur food
2.eat raw veggies
3.drink (orange juice)fruit juices
4.cycling and crunches
5.walking also help you to be fit.
6.avoid oil and frien snacks and foods.
