I have had them too and dont think legs grow back - just make sure your cage has sticks in it so they can shed their skin easier next time

Indian stick insects will usually grow another leg the next time it sheds its skin. I sell these wonderful animals in my pet store.

one leg short......as far as growing back a leg? well I have never heard of such a thing?
