POWER OFF

Inspect inside oven, is element held with screws from INSIDE cavity? If so remove screws, withdraw ement, pull off connectors (NOTE LOCATION OF WIRES). Fit new element, reverse procedure.

If no screw heads on inside , then.....

Remove oven from housing, usually 2 or 4 screws through trim.

Remove back cover from oven. 8 or 10 screws.

Locate element and pull off wiring. NOTE LOCATIONS

Remove any nuts/washers from studs, withdraw element into oven cavity.

Reverse procedure with new element.

buy the spare part first
dissconect the oven from its mains
dismantle the oven casing to access the faulty part
remove this carfully then replace with the new one
carfully watching and remembering what part goes where
the jobs a good un if necessary
draw a diagram to help you as you remove the parts easy as pie in the oven
