ummm... why do you need to start a new diet? try the cabbage soup diet
The cabbage soup can be eaten any time you get hungry, and you can eat as much as you like, oh joy, you can have all the cabbage soup you want! You can have it as often as you want. Just say that a few times and see if it sounds good to you, because the more I say it the hungrier I get.
it works because you are always on the toilet.. your body doesnt get the chance to digest the soup content.. personally i hated this diet and never again went on a fad diet.. exercise is the only way along with sensible eating habits

I don't know if there is necessarily a "quick detox" you could certainly try drinking a lot of water to clean out your system. Basically just eat non-fattening, non-processed foods. Raw vegetables & fruit. White meat. Limited carbs. Eat healthy & exercise. If you try a crash diet (just eat grapefruit for 2 days) you'll just upset your metabolism. If you starve your body it starts to panic & stores fat so it's self-defeating. Drink lots of water & eat good food. No junk food or fast food!
