Well deggs , he was only 4ft 6" tall with short legs so his bum must have dragged on the floor !!

Toulouse-Lautrec was a brilliant French artist,
who was indeed vertically challenged!
He also frequented brothels and other low down dives ,
to get "real life" material for his art work .
I do not for one moment, think he was a" low down bum ",
Merely , artistic research .
