Has anyone ever purchased this and if so, did it work? It sounds almost too good to be true but I would like to try it.

Anything that will get you to exercise is great. Buy it & try it. Make sure it can be returned & what the time period is to return it, and that you can get a full refund if you're not pleased with it.

I have never heard of that sorry :( I have had one of those dummies what you hit where the lights show up. It was crap really, not enough weight behind it. It was only for reaction, and for the size of the thing it was'nt worth it. Gimme real sparring anyday!!
