my doctor told me it was safe to eat shellfish with low mercury levels and 9 hours after i did (now in 3rd trimester), i feel sick with vomiting and diarreha. Is this an allergy or food poisioning> and does anyone know how it efects the baby?

I would go to the hospital and get checked. If you get dehydrated you could put your baby in danger.

it is most likely food poisoning. so please go to the hospital. i am pregnant with a shellfish allergy and trust me vomiting and diarrhea aren't symptoms of an allergy.

i would seriously think about goin to the hospital u need to get yourself and the baby checked out. please take my advice
