the color of the car is silver and the watchman used a cloth to clean card without dampening it with water and the dust that was on the car caused a lot of scratches. If I go to the car painters they will charge me a lot. Would appreciate someone's assistance to get rid off these scratches.
thanking you.

You can get some "Rubbing Compound" at the auto parts store.
I would use the "Fine" compound,it will fix things up just fine.

How deep are the scratches. If they are fairly deep you could start out with a good rubbing compound and an electric buffer or do it by hand if you have enough "elbow grease" followed by scratch and swirl mark remover. If they are just swirl marks you can start out with the swirl mark remover. I used to use 3M Final Finish swirl mark remover and that stuff does wonders. You can purchase inexpensive electric buffers from Sears, WalMart or other stores that have a decant size automotive department and they will save you a lot of time. Stay away from the edges with an electric buffer lest you burn through the paint. Those areas you do by hand. Make sure the buffer has orbital action as that will help you from burning through the paint and you don't need to use a lot of pressure. Just be patient and take your time and you will be very pleased with the results.

Find a good quality rubbing compound like 3M and try it. You have nothing to lose. They do a pretty good job.
