Mice are notoriously difficult to poison, more so than rats even. Not only that, if a mouse dies of poisoning where you can't get to retrieve the corpse , you will soon have a very smelly house! ( not to mention the flies) Trapping is the only way. Yes Peanut butter is good, but I have found that peanuts themselves make a very effective bait.

Mice are hungry little critters, so you'll need to keep re-baiting to make sure you get 'em all! Also, as some mice are resistant to certain toxins try a variety of baits.

Try the stickypad papers its not very humane but it gets the job done with no cats.

first up you have to stop where thry are getting in!! If you don't they will just keep coming in.
you are so not like me.
i can't kill them
i bought friendly traps & then released them. i am free of them now because they can't get in the house

Well you can use the glue traps they are good, I was told , how true this is , I dont know, but they said peppermint smell they hate.
