Spam doesn't do anything on your computer unless you open an attachment which contains a trojan, keylogger or virus. With email it is important to only open things you are sure about you know people you are sure of. Some emails have a confirmation of receipt notification in them by this manner the spammer knows he has a live email address. For joining things on the internet use an email address seperate to your normal one then any spam will go that email address instead of your regular address and don't put your email address on blogs etc as bots may pick it up and spam you

Spam doesnt do anything, spam is simply e-mail you didnt ask for, typicly it will be e-mails trying to sell you something and there is no way for you to stop them from coming, the only way is to use a spam filter which just deletes them. Spam doesnt do any harm unless it contains viruses.

Also if your thinking of spamming someone, remember there is a HUGE FINE.

i could be wrong but im assuming you mean you put something in a spam folder? i dont think i understand you, but if that is what you mean then emails from that sender will be put in the spam folder until you tell your computer to return them to the inbox. if you have an email notifier it will not notify you when you get spam. other than that spam just gets on your nerves. and you should NEVER open a spam email. delete it right away they can carry viruses so its best not to open them.

If you're not opening attachments from this person, then nothing nasty has been put on your computer. Report this person to his ISP, as well as block all his emails to you. If he's using a "hotmail" address or similar webmail based one, report to the website itself.
