going back to the pc im working I tried what you said I let the pc cool for minutes but it failed to boot up no display and the led of the keyboard(caps,num,and scroll) keeps on turning on and off(blinking) what do you think is wrong to this pc?

that happened to me once
all i did was unplug all the cables
remove the big one on the motherboard
remove the PSU main wire (outside, it's the plug that goes into the wall)
just go around disconnecting and reconnecting wires
there is no time limit to which you need the wire disconnected
once it's off, u can plug it back in, just to make sure u don't screw anything up by forgetting a wire or forgetting where it goes
if that doesn't fix it, then you broke something or something broke by itself

Sorry dude - best guess is a screwed motherboard.

buy a bios chip(if you can buy one) or replace your mobo...ask a computer tech. for more details
