This is a pretty close one.
He definitely ranks up there with the worst of them. Also, remember Gerald Ford, one of the dumbest to occupy the office during his time the US was virtually paralysed. FDR as well for getting away with Pearl harbour. And Truman not just for using atomic bombs but mainly for handing China to the Mao.
On the other hand Bush is just stupid and it's unfair to hold someone like that responsoble for all actions of the world's only superpower. Perhaps as some say all presidents are just dummies put out there as an icon... The REAL power is always in another office - one which can never be influenced by the public in elections - and that's the worst part...

First attack on mainland soil?
Uhmmm...that would have been Timothy McVeigh blowing up the Federal Building in Oklahoma, and Bush wasn't in office then. I believe that Billy Clinton was. As during the first attack on the World Trade Center. And I guess we should overlook the complete failure of Billy Clinton during the hurricane Andrew fiasco.
And we'd best overlook Billy Clinton when he decided that only he had the right to decide which religions had Constitutional guarantees.
Not to mention the sign he had installed on the Oval Office door...
"Welcome to the Oval Office...watch your head on the desk".

haven't studied history that much but it certainly seems to be that he is the most radical one in trying to change our democracy into some form of theocracy or monarchy where he is the figurehead. He seems to have a lower IQ than most leaders, unable to ID countries w/their leaders or explain economic concepts, etc. Others seem to lead him from behind the scenes,if he were separated fro m them I doubt he could havean independant thought that would make sense. It's sad ,our country's people, many hard working-who didnt ask to be the world's enemy- deserve better.

Yes he is. This is the same man who said that he talks to god. Did you hear me, he said he talks to god. Bush has been at war with the middle class in this country since 2000. I was the smart one, i voted for gore in 2000 and for Kerry in 04. He will go down as one of the top five worst president in history.

Well yeah he is but come on we put him in there twice. Not quite sure why any one could find him appealing but... oh well. At least he will be out of office shortly. Maybe this time we can pick a good president, not one that can just read a 2nd graders book. Good question. Have fun.

Remember that alot of the decisions made by Clinton are still affecting us today. At least Bush is running the country from the oval office and not using it to "get off" by some young intern.
