You haven't explained your nationality but I assume you are not an EU national or you wouldn't be asking the question.If you have managed to enter Budapest [Hungary] from outside of EU,you won't need any additional papers to fly to Amsterdam.However,if you are only in transit in Budapest,you will need an EU entry visa upon arrival in Amsterdam.
