Is that show supposed to be real? I can't see how people would take any real legal issue and agree to have the matter televised - particularly as every TV show is edited to maximise the "entertainment" value. But, some people will do just about anything to get on TV and be "famous". The whole thing seems a bit hollow to me.

GENIUS,i doubt it, an entertainment program that is high on humiliating the participants,how would you allow yourself to be used in this manner, is there a fee involved. a court of law is no place for entertainment.

I always ask myself is this stuff not all scripted and just like all the rest of 'reality' tv but anyone who wants their 15 minutes of fame, well, you may not get what you thought it would be like
