Congratulations, Just try to relax. Day to day life is stressful even when your not pregnant. Just remember there is a little life growing inside of you and you need to be health and strong to take care of him/her. forget the 20 years thought. even after they get married your still their parent. they may be older and taking care of themselves but you'll never stop worrying about them. My kids are 30,29,27,and 21 plus now i have 2 granddaughters. U want to talk stress. LOL Please just take care of your self and that little one. see your Dr. regularly so he can monitor the progress of the baby, get plenty of rest ,eat right and try to remember the words to the song.
Que sera, sera
Whatever will be, will be
The future's not ours to see
Que sera, sera
What will be, will be
Think of whats ahead of you and don't dwell on the past so much. its not healthy for either of you.
Wishing you all the best and I'm keeping you in my prayers,

You are already doing it aren't you. Worrying that you will worry and be stressed in your pregnancy... just accept that you are pregnant and that this is the start of something great. Break the worry cycle though - you sound as though you are going into this expecting to have a hard time and be stressed - trust me if you do that chances are you will be. Yes accept that the changes brought on by pregnancy do stress you and your body - but that stress does not have to be of the extreme nature that you may have experienced before. Above all else I wish you and your baby a happy healthy pregnancy.

Your previous pregnancy might have been stressful, but each one is different. Now that you are pregnant you will be stressful for another 20 years or so, so be prepared. There is a tiny soul growing inside you that needs you to be strong and healthy. You directly influence his/her well-being, not GOD. You are creating life and that is a gift. Everything else can wait, you just put your feet up whenever you can.
Good luck.

Only what you already know, try to calm down, get plenty of sleep and rest time, how about a little break away doing nothing but eating, sleeping and putting your feet up with a good book. Look forward to your new beginning, start looking at all those baby books and mags and try to enjoy what's about to start. Good luck.
