It will grow to a given length and then stop. That length is different from person to person. Also, the type (curly vs. straight) and density of hair varies from person to person. But, it's something people to develop at puberty. And, it's pretty darn cool. It's what seperate the adults from the children.

Hairs have a few purposes. One is for protection. They trap tiny particles and bacteria. For example, your nose hairs. Another is for warmth. You know that goosebumps feeling you get when its chilly? Its your hairs sticking out (even the tiniest ones) to increase your surface area and absorb as much heat energy as possible. Now the main reason our pubic hair grows back is to conceal any energy we currently have. If you see a heat map, our head, underarms/legs and genitals are the warmest places. These are the places we must keep our energy from escaping. Notice that these are also the areas on our body where we have the most hair. When you shave your pubic area, your body realizes that you are losing heat fast from that spot and initiates hormones to increase hair growth. That's why pubic hairs tend to grow back thicker. The only way to prevent this is by permanently or waxing your hair.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aL96p While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

it grows like normal hair but warps its self up in your other hair so its not growing "out" like a bush. Or it will lay down across your skin.

Mine is over 3 inches and I have not shaved it in years, so it does stop growing at a certain point.

Of course, it's like facial hair. Shave it a couple of times. You can get it braided, colored or add dreadlocks. Grow it long enough and you can sweep the floor with it.

Yeah, you should make sure you trim it regularly, otherwise you're going to get really long pubes.
