6 months for a normal healthy couple

I was on the pill 3.5 years, I just stopped the pill December '05 and I'm still TTC. They say most couples who stop using birth control will concieve within the first year.

For me, it was really soon, I was pregnant by the time I was supposed to get my next period. But I had an early misscarriage, due to the hormonal imbalance prevailing in my system. Fortunately after this experience I waited a couple of months, and then got pregnant again. My daughter is now 14 years old!

It doesn't matter how long you have been on the pill, i was on the pill for years and got pregnant after 3 months.

Lol when i was 16 my mom wouldnt take me to get any new pills as she put it i wasnt having sex so why would it matter? lol well no kid is going to say yeah mom i am proably more then you! haha so instead of taking a pill everyday in order for me to keep some pills i took one every other day or sometimes id just half them....i got pregnant that month that i started doing that....if someone would of pulled me aside and say hey moron you cant do that...lol i proably would of just told her ....

Stopped taking birth control December 2004 didn't get pregnant until November 2005 - took us 11 months..was on birth control for 4yrs also.

It depends on how long you've been on the pill. cheack with chemist
