girls with lower self esteem want the game player because it reinforces their belief that they are not good enough. girls with higher self esteem generally don't tolerate it. also, girls want relationships that mirror their relationship with their father - so if the father was unstable and emotionally unavailable or rejecting, girls will find this more attractive in a man. if a man does not play games with a low self esteem girl, her thoughts are "ugh, why is he all over me - why does he like me so much, what's wrong with him?" the self esteem arguement isn't 100% foolproof... i would always advice you to play games within reason. nobody wants anyone that is too available...not even friends.

It's tolerable for a little while and it depends on the game! Then it gets frustrating if it's head games.
