I notice that some players will have more stickers than others. What is that for?

They are buckeye leaves, they get one when they make a good play.

Everytime a Buckeye's booster or alumni gives the player $10,000 under the table. The team puts a sticker on his helmet.

They mean different thing to different players.

Offense: one sticker means one TD, or a first down
Defense: one sticker means an interception or a sack

they are buckeye. players earn them for meeting certain goals, say a TD, or an interception or sack or whatever goals the coaching staff sets for him

They get them for good plays that they do.
