Don't bite them and try not to hit them with anything like walls. Use nail clipper and shape them when they are not too long. Then, just leave them and let them grow long. Remember to clean them too.

there is a product at sallys nail and beauty supply that hardens your nails and allows them to grow really long. just ask the salesperson about it.

Start taking folic acid, you can buy it at a drug store. it is really good for growing nails and it also makes your hair grow fast too.
