Home pregnancy tests, although are quite accurate, rely on hormone detection. Unfortunately they only give a yes/no kind of answer, while a REAL test (the one that is done in a lab) gives "quantity" information, so a doctor can read if you are really pregnant or if your system is still high on some hormone (our bodies don't shut off the hormone releasing system instantaneously).
You didn't say how long were you pregnant, so it is really hard to make any other asumption, with so little information. The most important thing is, do you feel sick? Are you feverish? If you do, go to a hospital NOW. If you don't, then make an appointment with your doctor as soon as you can (a couple of days won't make a big difference, so you don't need to be alarmed)

Honey you really, really, really need to go to the doctor. There are so many things that could be going on right now. You might need a D & C. You might not have miscarried at all but you may need medical care. Whatever the case may be, you need to get to a doctor ASAP.

Maybe you didn't have a miscarriage? Check with a doctor, to be sure.
