you're there when she needs you, you give her that pit in your gut, you stay loyal, as a pup. if she should murder, you would find a shovel... instead you are left, with a pit in your throat, a hole in your gut, lost like a pup, holding a shovel with caca all in your face.

I advise you consult with Buddah or Newton or both... I sorta' think it's because for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction--it's a what goes up, must come down kinda' thing, mixed with a hint of Karmic Spin, a twist of fate, and a dash of bad timing, tragedy and fate, stirred with suprising fortune, because every ending begins a new chapter... If you didn't experience deep pain, you wouldn't understand and appreciate it when you were in the happiest moments of pleasure.
My friend once told me a story of a king who put forth the question to his kingdom, "what one thing can you tell me that will both make me the happiest man alive, and the saddest?" The best answer to that question (that he found) was:

you shouldn't be so upset. It's over, so maybe she doesn't love you anymore, but it's something that you cannot force. Don't be obsessed with revenge and don't hate her; forgive her when you finally can just don't forget what happened.
In any case, you should not allow your romantic life, whatever she does to you to detract from your self. If you've loved her then it makes you caring. If she doesn't love you then it makes her uncaring--it shouldn't change you. Loving is an active action but being loved in return is passive. You can't possibly help it.
Love and life are not fair. To speak in mathematical terms, they are completely random acts. However, you can still be as fair as possible, in fact you should. It's just an exercise in principles.
Learn to love and learn to let go. And in any case, try to see the situation from her angle--there might be something you don't know lurking there.

Instead of looking at it like that, (and i know this doesnt stop the hurt) look at it like this, everything happens for a reason. Consider yourself lucky she is gone now...before you had a child or got married because she wasnt the one for you. Plus why would you want to date a murderer anyways...she could get you into a lot of trouble ;-)
