how can i make a movie fit onto a dvd disk when the file is to big.?

when the disk size is only 700mb

Get a bigger disc.. not in size..more KB

you have to split the file and use more than 1 disk

and 700mb is not a dvd disk so if your plan is to play this disk on a regular dvd player, it wont work anyways

Have you tried leaving out all the trailers and credits. Failing that you can always put it on 2 discs.

try- dvd shrink.... free download off the net.
