Lawrence Of Arabia. We bunked off school to watch the matinee back in 1962. We missed the first 10 minutes and so watched the start of the evening performance, but ended up watching the entire film again. We were in the cinema for over seven and a half hours! My mum nearly killed me when I got home and she did not even know about the truancy.

To Have and Have not
An earlier film with a theme like Casablanca
Instead of owning a bar in Casablanca, Bogie has a charter boat in Martinique. His sidekick is Walter Brennan and a teenage Lauren Bacall is so sexy I almost fainted.
The piano player, Cricket, is played by Hoagy Carmichael who cooks on the keys.
It's the movie with the famous line, "You know how to whistle don't you? You just put your lips together and blow."
