It wasn't because of the French Revolution,if that's what you are thinking because that didn't start until1789.I have done the geaneology on the paternal side of my family back to the 1600's.So here's a tip.I hope it helps.
If you really want to figure out what might have caused him to leave france, you need to try to find out when he left.Fifty years is too long, you need to narrow it down to atleast to the decade,if you are unsure of the exact year. Then research the decade. As for why he chose New Orleans, that's obvious[you probably have already figured this out].New Orleans was like a little piece of France at that time,a home away from home for a frenchmen.

I see from another questions which you have asked which you're an curiously American citizen. the respond is subsequently that it can be quite difficult to circulate to France. The French government won't provide help to stay in France for greater desirable than 3 months without paying for a protracted term visa and that they are not greater desirous to have foreigners without supplies (it is to declare money) circulate to their united states of america than the U. S. government is to have foreigners circulate to the USA of a. regardless of if that weren't the case in fact which you may locate it incredibly much impossible to get a job till youy spoke fluent French and regardless of in case you probably did the unemployment value in France is incredibly much two times that of the USA of a. temporarily, some misdemeanors on your checklist is the least of your concerns.

He moved outta there for some reasons. May be the live in Preynnes sucked, he moved to the new world for a better opportunities. Or it was just the feeling that all White people have, to conquer and establish territories that don't belong to them. As we speak they do that.
