Actually all three would be appropriate. Of course advertising on the internet will be much more expensive than the national papers, which will be more expensive than local ones. But the internet will draw more viewers than the other two. It all depends on the company's size, advertising budget, and how many people they would like to reach.

It would be a lot cheaper to get in touch with local Employment Agencies as they already have staff on their books.
