Coz tht makes them verry much a part of the community they belong to.
Viewing it in the deeper sense, we notice how our tastes vary with whatever is in trend-watever we come across so often, almost daily, So as our tastes drift by and by, we expect people to follow the same trends - and so do we.

Fashion is deeply rooted in the human psychology from his meandering years as a caveman. Fashion at a base level is the human tendency to immitate leadership, step in with the crowd (herd mentality). Fashion trend setters are the risk takers, first movers and the ones trying to catch attention (of others and the opposite sex)

most of the people in this world r only concerned. Maybe bcause ppl today judge the others only by the way they dress... I mean, boys today (for example), will prefere a stupid blondie, 1,76 who looks like a supermodel, than a philosophy graduate who looks quite cute too but hates supermini.
THe worst thing is, that even overweight ppl, adopt fashion trends designed for models...... (I saw a frnd tday, who is really fat and she was wearing a miniskirt and a bikini top... she thought she looked pretty)
My slogan: "DO NOT B A FASHION VICTIM... MAKE FASHION A VICTIM OF U!!! CREATE YOUR OWN STYLE AND DON'T FUCKIN CARE AT ALL ABOUT WHAT PPL SAY"...

People are recognised with a variety in them,may b it in the dress,hair style etc.Whatever is odd or the best u possess is first attracted by the foreseeing people.In my opinion i feel to draw the attention of other people fashion is important for us.

Nature had deprived the Human being from beauty as compared to other creatures. We have just a monotoneous skin without any forms or features. To realize this just have a look at other beautiful creatures with beautiful patterns theyre born with, Colors so bright and forms so enchanting. Its a beautiful world all around us to admire and to immitate.
And hence we used these forms, textures, colors in all possible styles just to make us able to make ourselves a little more beautiful.

Good question! I guess there's a need to belong and feel like we are in style with the latest and greatest. It gives us a chance to strut our stuff and, deep down inside, it's probably cuz we want to attract the opposite sex!

Fashion is spoiling now-a-days youngsters.People of colleges are just doing fashion and r being careless for their studies.Fashoin is not at all important.I believe the BEST LOOK IS THE NATURAL LOOK.But no one understands it.

guys now they dont go for fat people or anything because they r pigs they say u have to be perfect or go so thats y alot of the girls now r trying to be so skiny because of guys and thats how people r anrexic
