I'm tired and crabby and right now my honest opinion is that it's because most people only know 10 percent about anything so when they have an opinion about a topic they only know 10 percent about, it's just par for the course, my friend.

Only a fool thinks he knows 100% of anything. Sounds like the old racist reading/IQ tests that were forced upon blacks in the U.S in order for them to be allowed to vote. Exactly what percentage of "informed" status. . .10%, 35%, 50%, 99.9% . . . should people be at before being allowed to express their opinion?

Because if people didn't have an opinion on a subject until they learned 100% about it, no one would ever have an opinion.

People like to give their opinions. We like to think that we have an answer to everything. Whether we are correct or not, we like to think that we know what we are talking about.
