Search for them by age, city, state or anything else you know about them and then look for pictures when the results come up.

do you know their email address?
there is an option in the myspace search that you can find them by either their real name, their screen name, OR their email address, so if you know any of those~then you should be able to find people.
i've noticed that sometimes myspaces search is not 100% accurate anyway

use their user name, or go to a friends page, click the picture and add to friends. if their set to private you have to use their email address or get their last name

find thier e-mail. other than that, its near impossible
