We take for granted that we would have a fair trial - it's expected in our society. So, it is confusing to say the least when these rights are taken away! Don't you wonder what is done in the name of National security? Excuses? Will Bush be tried in the Hague for crimes against humanity? Why should't our government adhere to rules they themselves helped make into laws?

As an American, I am afforded certain freedoms, certain rights because I live in the USA . We have these freedoms and rights because we have a Constitution. No where in the Constitution does it say that these freedoms and right belong to everyone in the world.
Does the US Government have the right to inprison, torture and kill people who fit a certain look and are in a certain place.
On September 11, 2001 certain individuals that are NOT US Citizens, killed 3000+ US Citizens. The individuals that were responsible for this have NO freedoms or rights under OUR Constitution. The ones that had anything to do with 911, are the scum of the Earth and should be eliminated from the gene pool. Anyone that supports anyone that had anything to do with 911 is in the same boat. It makes me sick to thing that we have congressmen and senator that are bending over backward to afford the same rights we have as US Citizens, to TERRORIST.

some undesirable apples and almost as undesirable via fact the holocaust. The holocaust wasn’t a surprising tidal wave that straight away swept up Germany in it’s good judgment. It grow to be sluggish bleed on entitlement and intolerance that made the holocaust achievable. T The good judgment undies on an Arab’s head is far less inhumane then undies on the top of an American. The beheading of Daniel Pearlman grow to be a approaches worse then the detainment of many for no fee in Guantanamo. The lies that fly from liberals is meant to end all debate even though it doesn’t. the priority isn’t climate or not torture hurts the sentiments of the sufferer. the priority is climate u.s. as a rustic is keen to push aside criminal violations from key government representatives interior the call of protecting us risk-free. If we are keen then are we actually risk-free in any respect ? What the Bush administration knows that posters on yahoo don’t whilst protecting torture is purely. the belief of torture for the sake of torture on my own speaks volumes approximately those protecting it and is a public kinfolk nightmare. The FBI is approximately to conflict with the CIA on matters of interrogation and the sparks will fly as the two companies disagree. the administrative branch of government sheltered and manipulated the CIA shutting out the FBI alongside with different branches of government. the priority isn’t climate it harm the sufferers feeling the priority is climate it violated regulations concerning habit and that's the priority the Bush administration is scrambling to evade. They don’t prefer the memo’s released via fact those memo’s ought to represent a criminal attempt to make certain in the event that they worked interior the regulation or bent the regulation to justify this gadget. As for some undesirable apples that is much less confusing responsible some quite then very own that the priority grow to be systemic an nutured from the suited. i'd think of that people who help the army would be greater outraged with the belief of a few undesirable apples being drummed out at the same time as the officers in charge are given a ethical bypass. For the checklist there are officers who refused to impliment the torture software or enchanced interogation software and asked to be reassigned. That left purely the weakest to enforce the policies.

Not to be a ***** or anything, but what exactly is that picture supposed to prove? My brother took that same exact pose when my German Shepard got out of her room and started growling at him and last time I checked I wasn't torturing my brother. And even if they were torturing that guy, if it would prevent another 9-11, I really don't give a damn. Or were you okay with what those assholes did to New York? No, I'm not okay with some of the things going on with our government and in our world. However, treating terrorists like the scum that they are isn't exactly one of the things that bother me. In my opinion, if someone's a terrorist or an extremist who thinks it's okay to bomb public places and kill innocent people, there's no torture severe enough to inflict the pain they deserve.

Prison, torture and killing by Republicans is fine with me so long as its other Republicans that they imprison, torture and kill. They have enough internal contentions to keep busy with each other while someone makes a video of it all entitled "Those Who Live By The Sword"

I was just reading the book by Muallah Zaeef who was in Guantanamo Prison. You can see the real brutaliteis by sick American soldiers and their equally if not more sick supervisors. Zaeef was Afghan Ambessador to Pakistan. It is worth reading book. I hope someone translates this into English. How 105 year old man was tortured day and night and how people are put under great tortures and stresses with no trial whatsoever. I used to take pride in USA and considered Americans the fairest people but after reading this our heads must bow in shame

We've gotten information that has prevented 14 major terrorist operations from happening by the use of coerced interrogation. Only ignorant people with agendas call it torture. As to your picture I've seen worse fraternity hazings. If that's all it takes to qualify as 'torture' to you then you need to get out more.

Torture is never good, but I think it's a little unfair to blame all Republicans for the mistreatment of prisoners.

Is murdering 3000 people by suicide bombers ok with you. Should we fold our arms and say oh, that's okay...come on in to our great country and destroy it as you wish. How about kidnapping innocent people who are over there trying to help the children get an education and then sending videos of getting their heads cut off. Is that ok with you? They are barbaric people. Go ahead, let them out and wait to see what happens next.

Jeff Gannon was such a frigin joke! Kind of like buying airtime from "Journalist". That's a bad image to say the least, but I have to tell you, it's not the worst. Be pissed at this. We need a Vietnam revolt!! Why do you think they are not releasing the photos from this "war"???? Think about that, we'd overthrow this illegal government, that's why!!! Thank you for being pissed about this most important issue!!!!!!!!!
