because I really love Versace, if you know how to wear it. but i think so many ghetto asses killed it by going overboard wearing all the EXAGGERATED at once and not knowing how to do it, you know what I mean? It seems like everyone wears it now and pretty much killed the look of it. What do you think? I still love Versace, hah.
What looks and brands are in for menswear?
I love the Louis Vuitton ready-to-wear, Marc Jacobs is a genius

Well actually Versace is one of the least imitated brands. Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, & Dior are the most imitated brands... I know this because I sell designer sunglasses (the real ones though, haha), and when you're in that business you're always seeing charts and studies about the top sellers and the most imitated and blah blah. So I don't think it's knock-offs that killed it. Part of it is I always see like GHETTO *** mexicans wearing it (I'm not being rascist, I'm a very very tiny part Mexican, haha). But oh well :[
So ya, I'm starting to wear more Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc. now. I think those brands still maintain their exclusivity, you know?

Ya, that is kind of true. After Gianni died, Donatella kind of fcuked up the company, designs, image, etc. But I think her new stuff is really great. But I think during the Autumn/Winter 2004/05 season she started designing nicer stuff, I have a few shirts from that collection, and now her latest stuff like Spring/Summer 2006 to now is AMAZING! I love it, haha.

Hey, "Writer of Truth" .. you have good taste, haha. It's nice to see someone who appreciates fashion, & ORIGINALS, haha.
Yes, if you go to wikipedia, it says 99% of products with the LV logo are knock offs! That's insane and really kills it for people like us who enjoy purchasing the real thing :[
