I am a 16 year old male and kind of short. Based on genetics, my family is short. My dad is 5'4 mom is 5'0. My grandpa was 6'1 I think, so hopefully it skips a generation. But my question is, what age did YOU stop growing, not when will I stop growing.

Like you, my parents were short, but my mums dad was tall. I am 33 and over 6ft. I have heard that a guy will take after his mums father in height, hair loss etc.

I stopped getting taller by about 18, however I started filling out in my late 20s. I was fairly slim before then.

Good luck shorty!!

Both my parents are short and I turned out to be taller than both of them. I believe that at 21 I was still growing and did not lose my hair at the age my father did.

I was my adult height by the time I was 14. I'm 6'2". Why are you so worried about this anyway? You're going to be the height you're going to be no matter how big of a knot you tie your guts in over it. Worry about things that you can actually do something about.
